Personalized Care

I make it personal, period.  Because I have eliminated institutional controls and the need for insurance billing, every visit is meaningful and more relaxed and specific to your current health care needs.

Lifestyle Modification

Lifestyle intervention is a primary method to treat chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.  Let me help you improve your nutrition, plan regular physical activity, reduce stress, and improve sleep to prevent or reverse disease.  Having the on-going support of your health care provider matters.

Pharmacy

I operate as any normal physician would, and yes, I can prescribe medicine to you as needed.  I also offer medications, supplements, and labs at wholesale/discounted prices.

I believe in taking care of the whole person as much as possible.  Health care is about changing attitudes and habits, promoting natural resilience and healing, as much as it is medication and surgery.  My direct primary care model allows you to be seen whenever you need, without worrying about additional office visit fees.

My Pricing Model

  • Adults age 18 and over:
    $300 (includes establish care/on-boarding appointment)

    Adults age 18 and over, who are former patients of Dr. Ho:
    $150 (includes establish care/on-boarding appointment)

    Children under age 18:
    $50 (includes establish care/on-boarding appointment)

    Special rates for families* with at least 2 adults:

    • 2 adults: $400

    • 2 adults, 1 child: $450

    • 2 adults, 2 children: $500

    • 2 adults, 3 children: $550

    • 3 adults: $650

    * Family consists of all persons living in one household (under one roof). Each family will receive one bill.

    Please ask about special rates for small businesses with at least 5 employees.

  • 1st family* member:
    $150

    2nd family member age 18 or older:
    $125

    Each additional family member age 18 or older:
    $100

    Each additional family member under age 18:
    $50

    * Family consists of all persons living in one household (under one roof). Each family will receive one bill.
